An actual Review: Candy’s Romantic Hotwife Fantasy by Thomas Roberts follows the main character, Ricky, as he navigates how to accept his wife of seven years wanting to be a Hotwife. Roberts, like in all his novels, does a fantastic job on showing the complexities of exploring a new lifestyle with a partner. Ricky struggles through the novella with jealousy and confusion wanting to give his wife, Candy, what she wants, but also feeling like he couldn’t handle it. Roberts makes sure that we see Candy and Ricky actively working through any issues they have even when they’re hard. I enjoy the realness it brought to the story.
Ricky is a smart, wealthy lawyer. Candy, a national beauty contest runner-up, works in his father’s firm. Sparks fly, and they marry. Seven years later, she discovers that she wants more excitement in her life and asks to become Ricky’s hotwife. Can he handle knowing she’s being intimate with sexier men, or will their marriage shatter like his dreams of a perfect partnership?
